Arrival Logistics

SUMMIT LOCATION:
  Tampa Convention Center |  333 S. Franklin St, Tampa, FL
*Do not contact the venue with any requests regarding this summit. Please contact Emma Watters at ewatters@dsigruop.org.

PARKING:
Parking is available at the Convention Center Garage, located at 107 N. Franklin Street, directly across the road from the event venue.

EVENT CHECK-IN:

Event Check-In and Registration begins at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, February 11. The summit will begin at 8:00 AM.

Check-In and Registration will be located on the second floor.

EVENT PROCEEDINGS:
Speaking Sessions: Speaking Sessions will be held in Ballroom A & B.

Exhibits: Exhibits are in West Hall.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided in West Hall.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
The event will serve a light breakfast, coffee, networking refreshments, and full lunch on both days.

DRESS CODE:
Military attendee: Uniform of the Day
Civilian attendee: Business Casual or Business Dress

PHONE APPLICATION:

The Expo Pass app contains the agenda, speaker biographies, and the attendee list.

PRESS:
No press allowed in the conference portion of the event. Conference follows Chatham House rules.
